Faber
A round bronze shield with "fortissimus" (strongest) beaten into the boss. Braced behind it, the bearer will find strength beyond their own for one great effort, once per episode, when the Recentius writes "fortissimus sum" or "fortissima sum" (I am strongest).

A bronze helmet, plain and solid, stamped inside the crown: "caput tūtum" (a safe head). It will turn aside one blow or falling danger that would have struck the wearer, once per episode, when the Recentius writes "gerit galeam aēneam" (wears the bronze helmet).

On the blade an inscription reads "quī tenet hunc gladium audāx est" (who holds this sword is bold). Drawn and held steady, it will make an enemy think twice, once per episode, when the Recentius writes "audāx sum" (I am bold).

Gemmārius
A bronze eagle above a goat, standard of the legion in Britannia: the second of three. Raised high, it will remind any Roman present of the might of Rome, at will, when the Recentius writes "attollit aquilam ad caelum" (lifts the eagle to the sky). It is said that one who gathers all three eagles and shows them together will speak with the full authority of Rome itself.

A gold bracelet engraved with the letters III. Merchants understand it the moment they see it: turned on the wrist mid-bargain, it will win the bearer a better deal, worth about three dēnāriī, once per mission, when the Recentius writes "torquet armillam auream in bracchiō" (twists the gold bracelet on the arm).

Gold earrings that move with every turn of the head. Paired with a wink, they will hold the full attention of whoever the wearer chooses, once per episode, when the Recentius writes "adnuit oculō" (gives a wink).

A gold seal carved with an impressive design. A letter or agreement sealed with it will be treated as the word of someone credible and established, once per episode, when the Recentius writes "ānulum in cērā premit" (presses the ring into the wax).

Inside this gold ring an engraving reads "glōria!" (glory!). Catching the light, it will mark the wearer as a person of accomplishment whose word deserves a hearing, once per episode, when the Recentius writes "ānulus clārē nitet" (the ring shines brightly).

On a tiny label inside the heel, visible only to the Recentii, it says: "Hobnailed marching boots, made for the long road. The wearer can keep going over rough ground and long distances without complaint, at will, by writing 'iter longum facit' (makes a long journey)."

On a tiny label at the seam, visible only to the Recentii, it says: "A cloak dyed the blue of a clear sky, and everyone knows a blue like that costs real money. The admiration grows if the wearer compares it to the caelum (sky)."
